About Tracy

I’m an Oklahoma native, Cherokee Nation citizen, historian, artist, and learning and development professional whose career bridges education, technology, organizational transformation, and visual communication. My work reflects a lifelong curiosity about how people learn, how systems evolve, and how complex ideas can be communicated with clarity and purpose.

I earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and an M.A. in Public History from Northern Kentucky University. This interdisciplinary education has shaped my approach to problem-solving, combining analytical thinking, research, strategic planning, and creative communication.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across regulated manufacturing, higher education, government, nonprofit organizations, and creative industries, developing expertise in technical training, instructional design, program leadership, digital transformation, and organizational change. I bring a collaborative, solutions-oriented perspective to complex initiatives, connecting people, information, and technology to achieve meaningful results.

My background in photography, filmmaking, and historical research adds another dimension to my professional work. I believe effective learning and communication share a fundamental purpose: making information understandable, relevant, and memorable. Whether developing technical instruction, guiding organizational change, or telling a story through images, I approach each project with curiosity, precision, and an appreciation for the people it serves.

My Oklahoma upbringing and Cherokee heritage continue to inform my interest in history, identity, cultural preservation, and the power of storytelling. These influences reinforce my belief that meaningful work begins with understanding people and the experiences that shape their perspectives.
