About Tracy

I’m a Learning & Development professional, instructional designer, and change leader with experience developing leadership curriculum, building training programs, and supporting strategic initiatives and technology adoption across corporate and higher education environments.

My work has taken me from designing college-level leadership curriculum and leading university-wide initiatives to developing digital training and supporting change implementation at Bausch + Lomb. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with leaders, employees, faculty, and cross-functional teams to turn complex goals into practical programs that help people learn, perform, and successfully navigate change.

I also bring a strong background in visual communication and storytelling, including filmmaking, photography, instructional video, motion graphics, UX/web design, and multimedia development. With an M.A. in Public History and B.S. in Business Administration, I approach learning and change from both a creative and organizational perspective.

What connects all of my work is an interest in people—how they learn, what motivates them, and how thoughtful communication and design can influence meaningful change.
